When the building has more than 50 years must pass necessarily the ITE. Technical Inspection is a visual inspection of the structure and foundation of the building, the facade, the roof and the main facilities.

With this inspection a report that reflects the state of the inspected elements is generated, giving guidelines actions to take for the perfect condition of the building.
